Customer Data Process Technician.

- Identify and implement improvement initiatives in current processes

- Handling, analysis, and interpretation of large amounts of data (Big Data)

- Develop dashboards and analytical reports (Power BI) for monitoring and controlling processes

- Design and execute the automation of repetitive manual tasks using digital tools to improve processes (AI, AppSheet, etc.)

- Support to Process Managers.
