Growth Strategic Projects Manager
Growth Strategic Projects Manager
Growth Strategic Projects Manager
What you'll do
Every fast-growing company has more good ideas than hands to execute them. This role exists to close that gap.
The mission for this role is to design, validate and launch new levers that materially impact revenue, margins or conversion, on a 3–6 month horizon.
Your job is to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into executable, financially viable business initiatives. This is a role for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a category-defining company actually grows, and who wants their fingerprints on the decisions that shape it.

About the company & team
At VIVLA, we are redefining premium second-home ownership. We combine real estate, hospitality, community, and technology to make owning a second home easier, more flexible, and more enjoyable.
We are building the leading network of high-end vacation homes in Europe, and we are now looking for a Growth Strategic Projects Manager to work side by side with our VP of Revenue and CEO and help turn ambition into execution.
What you will own
1. Business analysis & opportunity prioritization. Dive deep into our revenue and business model to identify growth levers, and build the business case that justifies investing in them.
2. Project planning. Turn a prioritized opportunity into a clear plan of action: project objectives, supporting assumptions and hypotheses, KPIs and success metrics, and a structured 30/60/90-day execution plan.
3. End-to-end execution. Lead the initiative from 0 to 1: launch, measure, iterate and refine. You own the launch, hitting the targets, and eventually scaling and integrating the initiative into VIVLA's day-to-day processes once it's proven to work.
4. Stakeholder coordination. Align the teams involved (Sales, Marketing, Acquisitions, Product...) so that every initiative gets properly defined and executed.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with 3–6 years of experience in highly demanding environments — consulting, startups, or scale-ups — combining analytical roles with roles that required rolling up their sleeves. Your natural instinct is to execute, not just analyze, and ideally you've already taken a concept from 0 to 1.
You will likely be a strong fit if you:
Have strong financial modeling and business-case-building skills.
Are a structured thinker with a bias for execution — you structure ambiguity and build the plan rather than waiting for everything to be defined.
Bring a high ownership mentality — you treat every project as if the outcome were yours, because it will be.
Are analytical but commercially sharp — data is there to help you decide and act, not just describe.
Communicate with clarity and can work directly with executive leadership.
-
Excel at stakeholder management — you know how to align people who don't report to you and get cross-functional teams moving in the same direction.
What this role is not
This is not a support role where you take notes and track action items. This is not a pure analyst role where the work ends in a slide. This is a builder's role — for someone who wants to define the projects, run them, and be accountable for the results.
Why this role matters
VIVLA's revenue is driven by a sophisticated system: Performance, Sales, Nurturing, Partnerships, Referrals, Inventory, Pricing... As we scale, the difference between good and great will come down to how well we identify opportunities and how fast we execute on them. That is exactly what this role is for.
