About the role

Currently, from our Data, Technology & Analytics team, we are looking for a Privacy & Analytics Manager to drive the digital measurement strategy and regulatory compliance in data privacy for our client portfolio, leading the conceptualization of advanced digital analytics architectures, the implementation of cookieless solutions and Consent Mode management, while coordinating the technical team to ensure the highest quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What you'll do

  • Oversee and validate the design of complex measurement plans, advanced tagging guides (GTM/Server-Side) and data collection architectures, ensuring the team's methodological consistency.
  • Design and implement solutions that ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy) on clients' digital assets, leading the advanced configuration of CMPs and the integration of Consent Mode.
  • Lead, train and coordinate the work of the digital analyst and technical team, setting clear objectives, managing resources and ensuring quality control (QA).
  • Oversee data validation, cleaning and cross-referencing processes using advanced queries (SQL) and integrations with Cloud environments (BigQuery/GCP).
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders to demystify technical and regulatory complexity, translating requirements into visualization solutions (Looker Studio, Tableau) with actionable insights.
  • Actively participate in preparing the Analytics and Privacy section for commercial proposals (pitches) and proactively identify new needs among existing clients.
  • Ensure the profitability and efficiency of assigned projects, controlling hour estimates, delivery deadlines and billing processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in roles as a senior digital analyst, technical data analyst or privacy and digital marketing consultant. Experience working in a media agency or with a digital technology consulting profile is essential.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in managing digital measurement projects in complex environments (high-traffic websites, multinational mobile applications).
  • Master measurement tools at an expert level such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including Server-Side implementations and debugging.
  • Possess deep and advanced knowledge of Consent Mode, CMP configuration (OneTrust, Didomi, Usercentrics) and their alignment with GDPR and ePrivacy.
  • Master SQL for querying, cross-referencing data and auditing marketing databases (especially Google BigQuery). Handle data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI at an advanced level.
  • Structure and implement project management methodologies (PMO) that ensure robust deliverables under rigorous time control.
  • Provide a fluent level of English (minimum B2+/C1) for technical communication with global partners and international clients.

Education & certifications

  • Hold a university degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Digital Marketing or a related technical discipline. Postgraduate training in Web Analytics, Data Governance or Privacy certifications is valued.
