Business Manager - Brokers - Málaga

Hello!

I'm Mariana, the recruiter for this position. Traveling is one of my greatest joys, and what makes it even more special is being able to experience those moments with my family and our dear cat Rosita.

Maybe this is the tenth job posting you've read today, on the sofa with Netflix in the background, or in the middle of a life change... and they all seem the same to you.

And you might be wondering: Mariana, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask this question (I asked it myself back in the day):

• Your goal will be to lead and manage a panel of brokers assigned to your area, under growth and profitability criteria within the Southern Territory / Canary Islands team.
• You will manage a network of brokers, ensuring profitable growth of the Retail, Corporate, and Life business in Málaga.
• You will have the opportunity to drive ideas to boost this development, energizing and motivating the assigned network of brokers, executing initiatives to achieve the set targets.
• You will bring a comprehensive view of the business, detecting opportunities for its growth, while staying up to date with new market needs and competitors in the area.

At this point, you're probably wondering, how do I know if I fit in?

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• We will value if you have demonstrable experience managing and leading large client accounts.  
• If you are motivated to work with a network of brokers, customer-oriented, and with commercial proactivity.

• It is not essential, but if you have worked in digital environments, it is a welcome plus.
• We will take into account if you are motivated by collaborative work tools (e.g., Teams, PowerBI, etc.).

¡Vayamos al grano! Intentaré resumirte en 2 puntos nuestro ADN:

• Nos encanta el voluntariado, pero preferimos ser activistas del cambio.  ¿Cómo? Poniendo nuestro foco en jóvenes que están en riesgo de exclusión social o luchando contra el cambio climático con acciones como la reforestación de bosques en Madrid y en el Parque de Doñana. En 2025 hicimos más de 28.000 horas de activismo.

• Tu objetivo será el de liderar y gestionar un panel de corredores asignados a tu zona, bajo criterios de crecimiento y rentabilidad en el equipo de la DT Sur / Canarias.
• Gestionarás una red de corredores, garantizando el crecimiento rentable del negocio de Particulares, Empresas y Vida en Málaga.
• Tendrás la posibilidad de impulsar ideas para potenciar este desarrollo, dinamizando y motivando a la red de corredores asignados, ejecutando iniciativas para alcanzar los objetivos marcados.
• Aportarás una visión integral del negocio, detectando oportunidades para el desarrollo del mismo, estando al corriente de las nuevas necesidades del mercado y de los competidores de la zona.

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.

• Valoraremos si tienes experiencia demostrable gestionando y liderando grandes cuentas de clientes.  
• Si te motiva trabajar con una red de corredores, orientado al cliente y con una proactividad comercial.

• No es indispensable, pero si has trabajado en entornos digitales es un plus más que bienvenido.
• Tendremos en cuenta que te motiven las herramientas de trabajo colaborativo (ej: Teams, PowerBI, etc).
