Development and Automation Trainee

Join our Development and Automation team and take your first professional steps in a collaborative, diverse, and business-focused environment. During your internship, you will take part in the design, documentation, testing, and development of software, applying standards and best practices to create solutions aligned with business requirements. At the same time, you will contribute to the team's day-to-day work through valuable tasks that will boost your learning and professional growth.

What will you do during your internship?

• Provide support in the development and configuration of applications, using technologies such as Java, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, and Low/No-Code tools such as Power Platform. 
• Collaborate on the documentation and implementation of programs and technological solutions following established standards and procedures.
• Take part in the preparation and execution of unit, system, and integration tests, documenting the results obtained.
• Help monitor the quality, security, and interoperability of applications and platforms, contributing to the resolution of detected incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to the improvement of technological solutions, collaborating with business teams to understand needs and turn them into value-driven initiatives.

What profile are we looking for?

• Student of Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related degrees.
• Interest in professional development and continued learning in a corporate environment.
• Motivation to work as part of a team and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the area.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn, autonomy, proactivity, responsibility, and a problem-solving mindset.

What will help you stand out

• Knowledge of Java, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, Python, and/or Low/No-Code tools such as Power Platform.
• Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in academic, personal, or internship projects related to application development (not required).
• Knowledge or experience in Cloud environments, Scala, Data Intelligence, and/or Artificial Intelligence (not required).

• You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university, for a minimum period of 6 months (extension possible).
• Part-time schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with some scheduling flexibility

¿Qué harás durante tus prácticas?

• Dar soporte en el desarrollo y configuración de aplicaciones, utilizando tecnologías como Java, Spring, JavaScript, Angular y herramientas Low/No-Code como Power Platform. 
• Colaborar en la documentación e implementación de programas y soluciones tecnológicas siguiendo los estándares y procedimientos establecidos.
• Participar en la preparación y ejecución de pruebas unitarias, de sistema e integración, documentando los resultados obtenidos.
• Ayudar en el seguimiento de la calidad, seguridad e interoperabilidad de las aplicaciones y plataformas, contribuyendo a la resolución de incidencias y vulnerabilidades detectadas.
• Contribuir a la mejora de soluciones tecnológicas, colaborando con equipos de negocio para comprender necesidades y transformarlas en iniciativas de valor.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

• Estudiante de Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Física, Estadística o titulaciones afines.
• Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente y seguir aprendiendo en un entorno corporativo.
• Motivación por trabajar en equipo y aportar al día a día del área.
• Buena organización, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje, autonomía, proactividad, responsabilidad y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Lo que te ayudará a destacar

• Conocimientos en Java, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, Python y/o herramientas Low/No-Code como Power Platform.
• Idiomas: español e inglés (nivel mínimo B2).
• Experiencia previa en proyectos académicos, personales o prácticas relacionadas con el desarrollo de aplicaciones (no imprescindible).
• Conocimientos o experiencia en entornos Cloud, Scala, Data Intelligence y/o Inteligencia Artificial (no imprescindible).
