Hello! 

I'm Leyre, the recruiter for this position. I love writing and reading horror stories, but what I enjoy most is a good family meal with the people I love most. If you like seventies and eighties music as much as I do, we'll definitely connect!

Maybe we're the tenth job posting you've read today, on the sofa with Netflix in the background, or right in the middle of a change... and they all seem the same to you.

• We love volunteering, but we prefer to be activists for change.  How? By focusing on young people at risk of social exclusion or by fighting climate change through actions like reforesting forests in Madrid and Doñana National Park. In 2024, we did more than 20,000 hours of activism.

And you might be asking: Leyre, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask this question (I asked it myself back in the day): 

• Support in tracking and analyzing sales across different initiatives and business lines.
• Preparing periodic reports on initiatives to support decision-making.
• Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating on the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
• Support in managing and updating commercial databases.
• Participating in cross-departmental projects.

At this point, you might be wondering, how do I know if I fit in? 

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.  
 

• Student in the final years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
• Interest in data analysis and the commercial environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau...).
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and results orientation.
• Proactivity, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.

Interested? We can't wait to meet you, but first you need to know... 

• You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with the University and/or Business School for a minimum of 6 months.  
• We never stop growing, and if this works out, we'd love to have you on board! 
• Part-time schedule (5 hours a day, mornings, Monday to Friday). 
• The position will be based at our offices in Barcelona. 
• This is a paid internship of €800.  
• Plus, you'll have access to training, and much more!

¡Te seré clara, en Zurich no somos perfectos, pero molamos bastante! Y si quieres saber por qué, sigue leyendo.  

Antes de nada, GRACIAS por interesarte en nuestra compañía. Sabemos que la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades suele ser un reto, pero… ¡no te preocupes que todo llega!  

¡Vayamos al grano! Intentaré resumirte en 2 puntos nuestro ADN:

• Nos encanta el voluntariado, pero preferimos ser activistas del cambio.  ¿Cómo? Poniendo nuestro foco en jóvenes que están en riesgo de exclusión social o luchando contra el cambio climático con acciones como la reforestación de bosques en Madrid y en el Parque de Doñana. En 2024 hicimos más de 20.000 horas de activismo.

• Apoyo en el seguimiento y análisis de las ventas de las diferentes iniciativas y líneas de negocio.
• Elaboración de informes periódicos de las iniciativas para dar apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
• Identificación de tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.
• Colaboración en la elaboración de presentaciones y reportes para la dirección.
• Apoyo en la gestión y actualización de BBDD comerciales.
• Participar en proyectos transversales del departamento.

A estas alturas, te estarás preguntando, ¿cómo sé si encajo? 

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.  
 

• Estudiante de últimos cursos de Business Intelligence, Data Analytics o similar.
• Interés por el análisis de datos y el entorno comercial.
• Dominio de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos (Power Bi, Tableau…).
• Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
• Proactividad, ganas de aprender y actitud positiva.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y buena comunicación.

• Se requiere poder realizar un convenio de colaboración con la Universidad y/o Escuela de Negocios de un mínimo de 6 meses.
