- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customers
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- A positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
- An EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain
Previous customer service experience can be helpful, but your communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn are important too.

- Monthly gross salary of €2,094 for a 39-hour working week
- Performance bonus of up to 15% of your monthly salary
- Permanent Spanish employment contract
- Two-month probation period
- Spanish employment conditions under Spanish labour law and the Contact Center Collective Agreement

- Hybrid working opportunities after onboarding, depending on performance
- Career development and internal growth opportunities
- Support from HR with practical matters when moving to Spain
- An international working environment with colleagues from across Europe
Relocation Support
Moving abroad is a big step, so our client offers eligible candidates a choice between two relocation options. Both options include reimbursement for travel to Spain.
Option 1 - Relocation Allowance
Receive a €750 compensation allowance, paid together with your second monthly salary, plus reimbursement for your travel to Spain.
Option 2 - Company Accommodation
Receive one month of company accommodation, plus reimbursement for your travel to Spain.
