SAP Solution Architect

extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, who wants to lead the technical design and evolution of SAP architectures in large-scale digital transformation projects. You will have a strategic role, being responsible for defining the complete landscape, infrastructure, and technological evolution of SAP systems. The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you will be able to build great relationships with the rest of your team. Responsibilities:

• Design of SAP Basis architectures in SAP S/4HANA environments, defining complex landscapes (DEV, QA, PRE, PRD) and their technical integration.
• Technical leadership in migrations and conversions to SAP S/4HANA (SUM, DMO, System Conversion), including cloud strategies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Definition and implementation of high-availability solutions (HA/DR), backup, and recovery on SAP HANA.
• Optimization of SAP system performance through database tuning, kernel, profiles, and sizing.

Responsibilities:

• Definition of the overall technical strategy for SAP Basis platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
• Design of SAP infrastructure architectures in on-premise and cloud environments, including RISE with SAP initiatives.
• Technical leadership of implementation projects and international rollouts, coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Establishment of technical governance, security, transport (STMS), and operations standards within the SAP ecosystem.
• Oversight of upgrades, patches, maintenance, and lifecycle management strategies for SAP systems.
• Acting as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders on architectural decisions and the technological roadmap.

Valuable requirements:

• SAP HANA or SAP Technology Associate certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-availability and disaster recovery solutions in SAP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation or DevOps tools applied to SAP.
• Experience in international projects with multi-country environments for at least 1 year.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP GRC or SAP security management.

• Minimum English level C1 in professional conversation.

Qualifications: Essential requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP Basis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing SAP architectures in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation, conversion, or rollout).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP cloud projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP) or RISE with SAP.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and optimization of SAP HANA databases.
• Minimum 1 project led as an architect in an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in SAP Basis as an equivalent.

• Establecer estándares de gobierno técnico, seguridad, transportes (STMS) y operaciones dentro del ecosistema SAP.
• Supervisar la ejecución de upgrades, parches, mantenimiento y estrategias de lifecycle de sistemas SAP.
• Actuar como interlocutor principal con cliente y stakeholders en decisiones arquitectónicas y roadmap tecnológico.

Requisitos valorables:

• Certificación SAP HANA o SAP Technology Associate.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soluciones de alta disponibilidad y disaster recovery en SAP.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en herramientas de monitorización (SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run).

Cualificaciones:Requisitos imprescindibles:
