We're hiring a Senior Agentic AI Lead to spearhead the next wave of intelligent automation - someone who can architect multi-agent systems, lead cross-functional teams, and drive the transformation of our clients' operations through agentic intelligence.

• Lidera el diseño y la entrega de soluciones integrales de IA agéntica para clientes globales de diversos sectores, desde farma y ciencias de la vida hasta banca, seguros y sector público.
• Arquitecta sistemas multiagente que planifiquen, razonen, orquesten herramientas y ejecuten flujos de trabajo complejos de forma autónoma, llevando a las organizaciones más allá de los casos de uso aislados hacia una reinvención operativa completa.
• Define la visión técnica de la IA agéntica: patrones de orquestación de agentes (secuenciales, concurrentes, jerárquicos), gestión de memoria, marcos de evaluación y salvaguardas de IA responsable.
• Co-innova con los clientes en talleres prácticos, sesiones de prototipado rápido y sprints de investigación aplicada, evaluando modelos emergentes y construyendo arquitecturas de referencia específicas para cada sector.
• Mentoriza y desarrolla a un equipo de ingenieros y consultores de IA, fomentando una cultura de excelencia técnica, experimentación y aprendizaje continuo.
• Define la identidad del hub como referente de pensamiento: contribuyendo a publicaciones, hablando en eventos (MWC, Codemotion, alianzas universitarias) y convirtiéndote en una voz visible en el ecosistema de IA de Barcelona.

• Más de 8 años en roles aplicados de IA/ML, con al menos 3 años centrados en sistemas basados en LLM, IA generativa o agentes autónomos en entornos de producción.
• Experiencia práctica profunda con frameworks de IA agéntica y patrones de orquestación: por ejemplo, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK o equivalentes.
• Sólidos cimientos de ingeniería de software: Python, diseño de APIs, plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP), contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y CI/CD.
• Capacidad demostrada para arquitecturar sistemas multiagente: llamadas a herramientas, orquestación de subagentes, gestión de estado, pipelines de RAG, marcos de evaluación y observabilidad.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y traduciendo capacidades complejas de IA en resultados empresariales tangibles para clientes corporativos.
• Inglés y español fluidos (escritos y hablados).
  

• Experiencia con MLOps a escala: despliegue de modelos, monitorización, detección de deriva y gestión del ciclo de vida.
• Familiaridad con marcos de IA responsable, mitigación de sesgos y gobernanza de IA en sectores regulados.
• Experiencia en consultoría o servicios profesionales, con capacidad para desenvolverte en entornos orientados al cliente.
• Contribuciones a proyectos de IA de código abierto, publicaciones de investigación o ponencias en conferencias.
• Experiencia en aplicaciones de IA específicas de un sector (farma, servicios financieros, cadena de suministro o sector público).

• 8+ years in applied AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years focused on LLM-based systems, generative AI, or autonomous agents in production environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns - e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent.
• Strong software engineering foundation: Python, API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to architect multi-agent systems: tool calling, sub-agent orchestration, state management, RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Experience leading technical teams and translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks, bias mitigation, and AI governance in regulated industries.
• Background in consulting or professional services, with the ability to navigate client-facing environments.
