Senior AI & ML Engineer / Generative AI

• Design and develop production-ready artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, integrated into cloud or on-premise architectures, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.

• Implement and evolve generative AI models, deep learning, and AI Agents, applying them to use cases such as chatbots, natural language processing, or computer vision.

• Define and maintain data pipelines and model training/inference pipelines, ensuring MLOps best practices and efficient deployments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems and solve complex technical problems.

• Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate in serverless architectures.

• Experience with CloudWatch monitoring and Kinesis stream management.

• Experience in developing solutions with language models (OpenAI, LangGraph).

• Experience in designing advanced prompts for agents and web search systems.

• Experience in implementing observability with OpenTelemetry.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. Residency in Spain and a valid work permit in Spain are essential.

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer profile to join our team in Artificial Intelligence in Madrid and Barcelona. We need a person with a strong technical orientation and leadership skills, who will participate in the design, development, and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in cloud and on-premise environments, with a focus on quality, scalability, and production deployment. The role combines hands-on work with technical responsibility over the team and collaboration with multiple areas to ensure robust solutions aligned with business needs.

• Technically lead the design and implementation of machine learning model architectures and advanced AI solutions.

• Make key technical decisions regarding frameworks, libraries, design patterns, and training and deployment strategies for models.

• Act as the technical reference for the team, guiding other professionals, reviewing code, and sharing best practices in AI and ML.

• Analyze the performance of models and systems, proposing continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Stay up to date with emerging artificial intelligence, generative AI, and model architecture technologies, evaluating their application to real projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.

• Experience with the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience in developing and maintaining agents based on language models (with OpenAI and Langgraph).

• Experience in software development.

• Degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced English (minimum fluent B2).

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de inteligencia artificial y machine learning listas para producción, integradas en arquitecturas cloud u on‑premise, garantizando calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.

• Implementar y evolucionar modelos de IA generativa, deep learning y AI Agents, aplicándolos a casos de uso como chatbots, procesamiento de lenguaje natural o visión por computador.

• Mantenerse actualizado en tecnologías emergentes de inteligencia artificial, IA generativa y arquitecturas de modelos, evaluando su aplicación en proyectos reales.

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en IA Generativa.

• Experiencia en ecosistema LLM: Experiencia práctica en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de agentes basados en modelos de lenguaje (con OpenAI y Langgraph).

• Experiencia en desarrollo de software.

• Titulación en informática, telecomunicaciones, ingeniería o similar.

• Inglés avanzado (mínimo B2 fluido).
