with experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, who wants to participate in implementation and roll-out projects for large clients. You will have the opportunity to work on digital transformation projects, optimizing travel and expense management processes in international environments. The position is based in any location in Spain under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others from the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. Responsibilities:

• Implementation and configuration of SAP Concur solutions (Expense, Travel, and Request) integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Design of expense, travel, and reimbursement management processes aligned with business needs.
• Integration of SAP Concur with SAP backend systems and other external systems using integration tools (APIs, CPI).
• Participation in functional testing (SIT, UAT), user support, and go-live accompaniment.

Responsibilities:

• Design functional solutions in SAP Concur aligned with client financial and travel processes.
• Participate in implementation and roll-out projects across multiple countries, ensuring proper adoption of the solution.
• Act as a liaison between business and client for requirement definition and process validation.
• Coordinate with technical and integration teams to ensure connectivity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare functional documentation, user training, and ongoing post-production support.

Qualifications: Essential requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Concur.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in projects integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in at least 1 complete implementation or roll-out project in SAP Concur.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in integration using APIs or SAP CPI.
• Minimum English level of B2 in professional conversation.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualifications. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in SAP as an equivalent.

Valuable requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international multi-country projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in additional SAP Concur modules (Invoice, Intelligence).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in complementary SAP ecosystem solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors).
• SAP Concur certification.

Cualificaciones:Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en SAP Concur.

• Experiencia en al menos 1 proyecto completo de implementación o roll out en SAP Concur.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en integración mediante APIs o SAP CPI.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 en conversación profesional.
• Grado universitario en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial o titulaciones equivalentes. Alternativamente, mínimo 4 años adicionales de experiencia en SAP como equivalencia.
