Test SAP Lead

with extensive experience leading testing strategies in SAP environments, especially in large-scale projects across multiple countries. You will have the opportunity to lead complex quality initiatives within digital transformation programs, working with international teams and top-tier clients. The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Functions:

• Definition and implementation of end-to-end testing strategies in SAP projects (SAP S/4HANA, ECC), including SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Coordination of testing activities in international rollouts covering more than 10 countries, ensuring the proper execution of test plans.
• Management of testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, or Tricentis qTest for tracking, traceability, and reporting.
• Oversight of defect management and executive reporting on quality status to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leading SAP testing teams in international environments, coordinating onshore and offshore resources.
• Designing the testing governance model aligned with client methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables through control of testing KPIs, coverage, defect density, and milestone compliance.
• Collaborating with functional and technical teams to validate integrations between SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.).

Qualifications: Essential requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing within SAP environments.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading testing teams or serving as a Test Lead.
• Experience in at least 2 large-scale SAP implementation projects with international rollouts across more than 10 countries.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Tricentis, or equivalent.
• Minimum English level C1 in professional conversation.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualifications. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in SAP testing as an equivalent.

Valuable requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Testing certification (ISTQB Foundation, Advanced Test Manager, or equivalent).
• Experience in test automation with tools such as Tricentis Tosca (minimum 1 year).
• Experience in international projects with coordination of distributed teams (minimum 2 years).

Cualificaciones:Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en testing en entornos SAP.

• Experiencia en al menos 2 proyectos de implantación SAP de gran envergadura con rollouts internacionales en más de 10 países.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia utilizando herramientas de testing como SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Tricentis o equivalentes.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo C1 en conversación profesional.
• Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial o titulaciones equivalentes. Alternativamente, mínimo 5 años adicionales de experiencia en testing SAP como equivalencia.

Requisitos valorables:

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en entornos SAP S/4HANA.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, SAFe).
