About the role

ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, is seeking to incorporate a trainee in the facilities department for its workplace in Sotogrande, Cádiz.

What you'll do

  • Support the technical monitoring of on-site facilities: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, ventilation, and other associated installations.
  • Collaborate in the review of drawings, measurements, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Provide support in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and teams involved in the execution of the facilities.
  • Support the control of construction progress, work scheduling, and deadline tracking.
  • Participate in the identification, registration, and follow-up of technical incidents.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of reports, comparisons, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
  • Provide support in the review of certifications, orders, measurements, and document control.
  • Coordinate with the Production, Technical Office, Quality, and Prevention teams for the proper development of the work.
  • Support the verification of compliance with regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Student of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, MS Project, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is valued.
