ACCIONA, within its Industrial Business line, is looking to hire a High Voltage Substation Site Manager for one of its photovoltaic projects in Guadalajara, Spain.

What you'll do

- Project supervision, coordinating personnel and controlling the correct execution of the works.

- Defining the necessary resources (materials, equipment, personnel).

- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site.

- Collaboration with the engineering department for technical resolution.

- Control of certifications.

- Control of execution deadlines, generating work plans and execution schedules.

- Project cost control.

- Liaison, communication, and negotiation with the Client during the execution of the work.

- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

- Identifying and managing occupational risks.

- Management of site personnel, vacations, and schedules.

- Control of orders and reception on site.

- Preparation of periodic reports on production progress and project monitoring.

Academic Background / Qualification: Vocational Training or Degree in Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or Energy.

Required years of experience: Minimum demonstrable experience of 5 years on site, with solid knowledge of substations and high voltage.
