About the role

MISSION
Efficiently manage accounts payable, ensuring tax and accounting compliance, and facilitating accurate and transparent processes in the organization's financial support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process and verify received invoices, ensuring correct accounting and tax classification according to the type of service or product, guaranteeing alignment with local and international regulations.
2. Categorize invoices based on items, taxes, and specific activities, such as assigning services to defined categories.
3. Manage supplier payments, including scheduling and executing transfers, with special attention to established deadlines and contractual conditions.
4. Prepare financial and tax reports, responding to internal and external audits, and generating reports on taxes, withholdings, and completed transactions.
5. Oversee the integration and communication of information systems related to accounts payable, including interfaces between internal and external systems, such as the Tax Agency.
6. Resolve invoice-related complaints, collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to clarify discrepancies and ensure efficient problem resolution.
7. Ensure compliance with specific tax and fiscal regulations, especially at the national level (Spain) and in other countries where the company operates, managing applicable withholdings and taxes.
