Job description

Mission:
Collaborate and provide support in the projects carried out by their unit/department, in accordance with the guidelines given by their supervisor, in order to execute the tasks delegated to them to meet the project's needs.

They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are carried out within the established deadline, specifications, and cost. Among their most common functions are: Managing contracts and obtaining the required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and setting the construction phases, supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate or labor staff, verifying the progress achieved and the quality of work during all phases of the project, representing the company in relevant matters, etc.

Functions:

  • Carry out site stakeouts, surveys, leveling, and topographic measurements.

  • Verify elevations, alignments, slopes, and geometries of the work.

  • Control earthworks, quantities, and volumes executed.
