Job Description

We are a global company, a leader in the development of regenerative infrastructures that generate a positive impact on society. Our workforce, made up of more than 65,000 professionals and present in more than 40 countries across five continents, contributes to our mission of designing a better planet. We are looking for people who want to make a difference, promote sustainable development, and find solutions to the greatest global challenges, including climate change, overpopulation, and water scarcity. Join us in the search for solutions to achieve a sustainable future.

Job description

At ACCIONA, we are looking for people with high potential, teamwork skills, and motivation, who have solid competencies in Corporate Sustainability to work in the market's reference team. We believe that sustainability is not a support function; it is the way we create value.

You will not only prepare reports; you will help define how a global company integrates sustainability into its strategy, responds to new regulatory challenges, and builds trust among investors, clients, public administrations, and society.

We are looking for someone with the ability to transform complex information into clear, rigorous, and high-impact messages, combining technical knowledge, strategic vision, and new digital tools.

The functions and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the preparation of the main publications and content developed by the Corporate Sustainability area, ensuring compliance with international regulatory frameworks and contributing to communicating how sustainability is integrated into ACCIONA's strategy and decision-making.

  • You will work closely with senior management and teams across the organization to turn sustainability information into a tool for management, transparency, and value creation.

  • You will drive new ways of working supported by artificial intelligence and automation to improve efficiency in the collection, analysis, and communication of ESG information, staying up to date with the technologies that are transforming the corporate reporting function.

Candidate requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar. Postgraduate training in Finance, Corporate Communications, or related fields will be valued.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in preparing Integrated and Financial Reports.
  • Experience in participating in double materiality processes and identifying impacts, risks, and opportunities (IRO).
  • Experience in multinational companies or consulting firms.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools applied to analysis, communication, or knowledge management processes.
  • Experience in corporate communications, technical editorial production, financial and non-financial reporting, or specialized consulting.
  • Very high level of English (C1 or above).

In addition, it will be positively valued if the finalist candidate:

  • Is autonomous, entrepreneurial, and capable of leading projects transversally.
  • Has creativity, strategic thinking, and a high capacity for conceptualization.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the CSRD, the ESRS, the European Taxonomy, and other international reporting frameworks.
  • Enjoys analyzing complex information and transforming it into clear, rigorous, and useful content for different stakeholders.
  • Has the ability to coordinate projects with multiple business areas and manage different priorities simultaneously.
  • Has excellent written communication, corporate narrative, and executive presentation skills.
  • Is especially rigorous, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Has curiosity about new technologies and experience or interest in using generative artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, research, document analysis, and content creation.

You will be part of one of the world's leading companies in sustainable infrastructure solutions. You will participate in projects with a real impact on the transition towards a more sustainable economy. You will work with a high-performance team, an international benchmark in corporate sustainability.

You will have direct exposure to senior management and participation in strategic projects with global impact, in an international, innovative, and constantly evolving environment, with the opportunity to incorporate the most advanced technologies —including artificial intelligence— to redefine the way organizations analyze, communicate, and manage sustainability, within a collaborative working model and broad professional development opportunities.

If you want to work where sustainability is part of the business and not just the discourse, and where innovation and artificial intelligence are transforming the way value is created, we would be delighted to meet you.

We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent, and for this reason, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging, and commitment so that all people can participate with equal opportunities. We invite all people to apply regardless of origin, circumstances, background, or condition. ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 certification, which recognizes the Company as one of the best places to work in Spain.
