We are looking for a Staffing & Recruiting Administrative Assistant to support the Resource Management and Outsourcing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative management and monitoring of staffing, demand, and outsourcing processes, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal procedures.

This is a position with significant interaction with various internal teams, focused on data analysis, report preparation, and operational support for area managers.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities- Manage and carry out the administrative follow-up of the entire staffing and outsourcing cycle.

  • Coordinate communication with Staff Managers and Outsourcing teams.
  • Keep operational information up to date using management tools and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of data used in reports and dashboards (Power BI).
  • Prepare periodic monitoring and analysis reports.
  • Identify risks, incidents, or potential bottlenecks in coverage processes.
  • Ensure traceability of information and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of service provided.
