From Adecco, for the largest retail hypermarket in the DIY sector, we are looking for a Cashier.

Your mission would be:

· Processing customer payments at the checkout and handling returns

· Perform all tasks related to customer payment at checkout, as well as those related to returns, order balances, partial deliveries, etc.

· Accompanying, welcoming, and listening to the customer

· Advising on finding the solution and the product that meets all their needs.

· Fostering top-quality customer relationships either in person or through social channels.

· Payment services, financing, and after-sales services.

Direct hiring with our client

Permanent contract of 30 hours per week.

Salary: 1056 euros gross/month.

Tu misión sería:

· Cobro al cliente en el paso por caja y devoluciones

· Realizar todas aquellas tareas para el cobro al cliente en el paso por caja, así como las relacionadas con devoluciones, saldo de pedidos, entregas parciales, etc.

· Acompañamiento, acogida y escucha al cliente

· Asesoramiento en la búsqueda de la solución y del producto que responda a todas sus necesidades.

· Fomentar las relaciones con clientes de máxima calidad bien en directo o a través de los canales sociales.

· Servicios de pago, financiación y servicios postventa.

Contratación directa con nuestro cliente

Contrato indefinido de 30h semanales.

Salario: 1056 euros bruto/mes.
