We are currently looking for a Direct Recruitment Consultant for our offices in VIZCAYA to carry out all direct recruitment processes for their assigned client portfolio.

Your mission will be to drive business development in Permanent Placement through excellent process coverage, ensuring the satisfaction of the entire client and candidate portfolio, by implementing a differentiated value proposition.

What you'll do

-You will manage recruitment processes professionally to meet client needs, using Adecco procedures, tools, and methodology.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in generalist recruitment is valued, accustomed to managing a high volume of recruitment processes and conducting competency-based interviews.
