We are seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the evolution of a global talent function within a fast-growing international organisation in the premium wellness and hospitality sector. This role will focus on employer branding, proactive talent pipelining, and building the capabilities required to support continued international expansion.

What you'll do
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the company's global talent strategy, with a strong focus on employer branding, proactive talent attraction and workforce planning to support international growth. The role is responsible for transforming the recruitment function from a reactive approach into a pipeline-based talent acquisition model, ensuring hiring quality, speed and cultural alignment across markets.
Employer Brand & Market Positioning
- Define and lead the global employer branding strategy.
- Strengthen the company's presence across the channels where target talent is active.
- Partner closely with internal communications stakeholders to ensure alignment between the internal culture narrative and the external employer brand.
- Develop content and campaigns that position the organisation as a long-term career destination.
- Benchmark employer branding practices from relevant sectors and adapt best practices accordingly.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Model
- Design and implement a proactive, pipeline-based recruitment model.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by location and role profile across all active markets.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and training programmes relevant to key talent segments.
- Create and manage alumni networks as a recurring source of talent.
- Standardise sourcing methodologies, recruitment processes and tools across regions.
- Lead the design and implementation of the candidate experience within the ATS environment.
- Leverage technology and automation to improve recruitment efficiency and accelerate hiring processes.
- Develop talent acquisition playbooks to support the successful launch of new locations and growth initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop an international team of recruiters and sourcers located across Europe and North America.
- Define performance expectations, KPIs and development plans for team members.
- Foster a culture of proactive sourcing, data-driven decision-making and candidate experience excellence.
- Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring priorities with operational needs.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Own and monitor key Talent Acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire and pipeline coverage.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously optimise ATS processes, workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively implement improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function, building a proactive talent model, strengthening the employer brand, and ensuring the business is equipped to attract and retain the talent required to support its expansion plans.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior Talent Acquisition roles with team leadership responsibilities.
- Essential: proven experience in international Talent Acquisition roles, managing recruitment projects and talent attraction strategies across multiple countries and geographies.
- Experience within high-volume recruitment environments such as hospitality, retail, wellness or premium consumer services.
- Proven track record of building employer branding strategies and talent pipelines from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of the US talent market, particularly for operational profiles.
- Experience designing proactive sourcing models and establishing partnerships with educational institutions.
- Experience designing end-to-end candidate journeys at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Workday.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate talent metrics into business decisions.
