What you'll do

  • Deploy and drive projects from the company's People and Talent Development area
  • Enhance ILUNION Hotels' value proposition in your area. Facilitate knowledge of the aid catalog for all people, executing the complete procedure.
  • Lead visits and outreach of the work carried out in the closest community, as well as participation in events where our outreach is relevant.
  • Manage personal and social adjustment services across their entire scope: carry out and record the relevant measures, PIA, reports, workstation adaptation proposals, management of technical aids, management of training resources, and develop cultural, leisure, and free-time actions and activities. Detect and intervene in the progressive deterioration processes of employees in order to prevent or mitigate their effects.
  • Monitor the 70/30 ratios and percentages
  • Request aid and/or subsidies applicable to the area, with support from Central.
  • Control and record documentation for each employment file eligible for subsidies.
  • Manage the information and advisory service on technical aids, available resources, subsidies, and rights for persons with disabilities (PWD) and people in vulnerable situations. Implement the aid management procedure.
  • Carry out the study and assessment of candidates alongside the talent technician and the department head and management, to evaluate the team dynamics where the candidate would be integrated.
  • Create and manage the community resources network and contacts with the PWD association movement to serve as resource sources for our employees.
