What you'll do

You will join the People team, collaborating on key tasks for talent attraction. You will learn hands-on, from day one, in a dynamic and close-knit environment. Your tasks will include:

Writing and publishing job postings on different job boards.
Actively sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, universities, and technical schools.
Screening resumes and conducting phone/online interviews.
Coordinating interviews with managers.
Managing and updating the candidate database.
Participating in job fairs, university events, and employer branding actions.
Proposing improvements to the selection process.
Analyzing key recruitment metrics.
