The role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating talent for different organizations, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients.

What you'll do

Managing the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and closing.
Designing active sourcing strategies on platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking.
Collaborating with managers and clients to define profiles and needs.
Keeping the candidate database up to date and meeting internal KPIs.
Participating in employer branding initiatives and internal process improvement.
