Requirements

What are we looking for?

Solid experience in labor contracting is essential.

We need a person with in-depth knowledge of the different types of employment contracts, their nomenclature, practical application, durations, renewals, and terminations.

We will especially value experience in:

Temporary contracts.

Vacation substitution contracts.

Temporary Disability (IT) substitution contracts.

Managing contract extensions and modifications.

Important: This position is focused primarily on labor contracting. Experience in payroll management will not be a relevant requirement for the role.

What do we offer?

Initial contract: 5 months + permanent

Annual gross salary of €24,000.

Hybrid work model. The possibility of enjoying up to 60% remote work (3 days per week).

Remote work will be enabled once the training and role adaptation period is completed, once the person is fully familiar with the procedures and functions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Location: Initial training in Canillejas.

Afterwards, workplace in Llano Castellano (Madrid).
