What you'll do

At Air Europa we are looking to hire a Long Term Planning Agent for our Supply Chain, Purchasing & Contracts team, within the Aeronautical Maintenance area in Madrid.

If you have experience in planning, purchasing, supplier management, or procurement in aeronautical environments, this position will allow you to directly participate in optimizing inventory, material availability, and the continuous improvement of our supply processes.

What will your mission be?

Your mission will be to ensure efficient long-term demand and supply planning, reviewing consumption trends, adjusting procurement parameters, and coordinating with different areas to ensure that purchasing and inventory are aligned with the real operational needs.

What profile are we looking for?

  • We are looking for an analytical, organized person with an operational mindset who enjoys working with data, processes, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • University degree in Aeronautical Management, Business Administration (ADE), or related qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in aeronautical environments, purchasing, planning, supply chain, or supplier management.
  • Knowledge of demand/supply planning and inventory control.
  • High level of English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of eMRO.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to anticipate business needs.

We will especially value

  • Experience in aeronautical maintenance or technical supply chain.
