What you'll do

What will your duties be?

  • Be responsible for the management and coordination of the Accompaniment team.
  • Provide support, assistance, and training to the team on the new NSV ticket sales platform and the commercial offering.
  • Manage shifts and scheduling for staff located at stations and Call Centers.
  • Manage and keep the team's knowledge up to date.
  • Design and deliver training actions and support materials.
  • Coordinate and oversee the organization of the team.
  • Prepare reports and metrics for the Accompaniment team.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement: communication, rollout of training sessions, procedures, etc.
  • Coordinate with the client's Maintenance teams.
