About the role

Do you have experience in comprehensive maintenance of facilities and are you looking for a stable project? At Adecco, we are selecting a 1st Class Multiskilled Maintenance Worker to provide service at two office buildings located in Madrid.

What you'll do

Functions:

Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.

Maintenance of electrical installations.

Comprehensive maintenance of office buildings.

Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.

Management and sourcing of spare parts needed for repairs.

Supervision of the proper functioning of the facilities.

What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.

Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and comprehensive building maintenance.

Responsible, proactive person with the ability to manage issues independently.

Valid driver's license (B).

Nice to have

Vocational training (FP II) in electricity and/or HVAC, refrigerant handling license, and other certifications will be valued.

What you'll get
