Mill Operators

To be considered for this position, the following is required:

Previous experience in jobs related to the operation of industrial machinery, preferably in the food sector.

Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts (initially morning and afternoon).

Ability to work on-site in Almenara, Castellón.

Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance.

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Commitment to the safety and quality standards established by the company.

Job description:

The mill operator will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to the operation, supervision, and maintenance of machinery in the production area. This position requires availability to work on-site and comply with rotating shifts.

Main duties:

Responsibilities include:

Operate and supervise the mills, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

Perform basic adjustments to the machinery to guarantee the quality of the final product.

Identify and solve minor technical problems related to the equipment.

Maintain the work area clean and orderly, following food hygiene and safety standards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the fulfillment of production objectives.

Record production data and report any incidents to the area managers.
