SaaS, Cloud & Developer Tools Jobs in Spain

Spain is a meaningful hiring base for international cloud and developer-tool companies. Canonical, JetBrains, Elastic, Supabase, Grafana Labs, Docker, Datadog and New Relic recruit alongside enterprise vendors such as Microsoft and SAP and Spanish SaaS businesses including Holded and Typeform. Many of these teams are distributed across Europe rather than tied to one office.

English is the default working language at much of this market, not just in engineering. Product, solutions engineering, customer success and European sales roles often hire across Spain, while positions focused exclusively on Spanish customers are the main exception. This collection overlaps intentionally with Startups and Big Tech but is organised around what the company builds rather than its size or funding stage.
