About the role

From Adecco IT we are looking for a PLC Programmer with experience in industrial automation in the olive oil sector, to join a growing engineering company based in Úbeda (Jaén), specialized in developing automation solutions for industrial environments.

We are looking for a technical profile with a practical mindset, accustomed to working on the plant floor and interested in taking part in complete automation projects, from development through to commissioning.

You will work in a close-knit, technical and multidisciplinary environment, with direct impact on the production processes of clients in the industrial and agri-food sectors.

What you'll do

  • PLC programming (Siemens, Omron and Schneider).
  • Development of SCADA systems and HMI interfaces.
  • Development and maintenance of industrial automation solutions.
  • Participation in software development using technologies such as C, C++, Python or Java.
  • Integration of sensors, devices and industrial machinery.
  • Configuration of industrial communications (Modbus, OPC, Profibus).
  • Analysis and resolution of software and hardware issues.
  • Commissioning and technical support for industrial installations.
  • Participation in automation projects for the olive oil sector.
