About the role

From Adecco, we are looking to bring on an Installation and Maintenance Technician for an important parcel company in Barcelona and surrounding areas.

We are currently looking for an Installation and Technical Support Technician to work on the installation and maintenance of smart lockers at various locations in Barcelona and surrounding areas, ensuring their proper operation and providing customer support.

What you'll do

What you will do:

-Physically and electrically install the parcel lockers.

-Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the equipment.

-Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware and software).

-Ensure the correct connection of the lockers to the central systems.

-Provide direct support to clients and users in the event of incidents.

-Record all interventions and keep technical documentation up to date.
