What you'll do

You will be part of a highly specialized team, participating from the design phase to the commissioning of industrial machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and collaborating on technologically advanced projects.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for ensuring that the machines and installations developed by the company comply with all applicable safety regulations during the design, manufacturing, and commissioning phases.

Among your main functions will be:

  • Participating in the design of safety solutions for industrial machinery.
  • Preparing the necessary technical documentation for the CE file of the machines.
  • Conducting risk assessments and defining preventive and corrective measures.
  • Calculating performance levels (PLr), safety distances, and risk matrices.
  • Preparing technical documentation such as user manuals, LOTO reports, and checklists for CE certification.
  • Performing safety verifications and measurements: machine stopping, noise, electrical checks according to EN 60204-1, measurements on cobots, and lifting equipment.
  • Preparing machinery conformity reports in accordance with RD 1215/1997.
  • Collaborating with project managers throughout the entire development cycle.
