Your mission will be:

· Provide complete advice to customers, within their area of work, with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty

· Resolve any issues and doubts that may arise throughout the sales process, personalising and offering positive shopping experiences. ·

· Detect business opportunities in all interactions with the customer

· Offer the customer the services best suited to the solution sale, such as installation, financing and home delivery, among others, managing payments at the point of sale when the occasion allows. ·

· Carry out the administrative management of after-sales services in order to provide an ideal service for the customer.

Direct contract with our client

Permanent contract

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Rotating schedule

Salary: €1,400–1,600/month

Location: Málaga

LeroyZonaSuroeste

Intermediate English level

Experience in a similar position of at least one year

Experience required in electricity, plumbing, and heating.

Si quieres desarrollarte en el sector del comercio, tienes experiencia en tienda - retail y deseas seguir creciendo como profesional de la venta asesorada, esta es tu oferta.

Tu misión será:

· Ofrecer un asesoramiento completo a los clientes, en su ámbito de actuación, con el objetivo de alcanzar la satisfacción y fidelización de los mismos

· Resolver las incidencias y dudas que puedan darse durante todo el proceso de venta, personalizando y ofreciendo experiencias de compra positivas. ·

· Detectar oportunidades de negocio en todas las interacciones con el cliente

· Ofrecer al cliente los servicios más adaptados a la venta solución como la instalación, financiación y envíos a domicilio entre otros, gestionando los pagos en el punto de venta cuando la ocasión lo permita. ·

· Realizar el/la gestión administrativo/a de los servicios postventa de cara a prestar un servicio idóneo para el cliente.

Salario: 1400-1600€/b mes

Ubicación: Málaga

Nivel de inglés medio

Experiencia en puesto similar de al menos un año

Experiencia requerida en electricidad, fontanería y calor.
