An opportunity for Process and Documents Quality has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe.

• Leading a Quality team within a program, project, or service, acting as a reference in digitalization, innovation, and collaboration, and promoting employee development, motivation, and empowerment to align them with Airbus's Quality vision.
• Ensuring that all Quality disciplines supporting the program, project, or service are organized, receive the necessary information, and deliver complete and consistent results in accordance with the established requirements and planning.
• Periodically monitoring budget execution and preparing estimates on workload and pending budget needs, both for their own activities and for those carried out by team members and other involved organizations.
• Acting as guarantor of product conformity and compliance with customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that received feedback is analyzed to identify improvement actions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Promoting a customer-centered culture, ensuring that this approach is a fundamental principle in the conduct of all employees.
• Reviewing contracts and commercial offers to identify applicable quality requirements, implementing changes, and ensuring their proper dissemination and compliance.
• Certifying product conformity against contractual and regulatory requirements, as well as overseeing the status of such conformity and certification.
• Being fully responsible for the end-to-end conformity certification process, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Participating in the management of competent authorities or directly assuming that responsibility to obtain the necessary approvals.
• Comprehensively managing the relationship with authorities, including on-site inspections, on-site quality assurance, and flight permit management when applicable.
• Preparing and updating quality plans, control plans, quality management plans, product assurance plans, and specific inspection plans, ensuring their proper implementation.
• Contributing to the identification and resolution of risks and opportunities that may positively or negatively affect the achievement of quality objectives for the program, project, or service.
• Providing support to the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodology or other equivalent quality planning methodologies.
• Ensuring the application of methods and tools aimed at preventing anomalies and improving business performance.
• Participating in risk analyses, decision trees, and determining the relevance and scope of APQP for each project.
• Acting proactively by strengthening prevention and monitoring activities through the definition, tracking, and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs), including the cost of poor quality (COPQ).
• Actively supporting business performance dialogue processes, identifying and analyzing incidents, non-conformities, and costs associated with failures or deviations.
• Managing process non-conformities (NCRs), from initial registration to root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and final closure.
• Managing non-conformities in products and services, including cause investigation, corrective actions, preventive actions, and follow-up until resolution.
• Managing alerts and warning notices (Alerts and Warning Notices) when applicable.
• Conducting or supporting reviews to assess the maturity level of deliverables, milestones, and project results, including mandatory reviews and Maturity Gates.
• Ensuring that all reviews are conducted in accordance with established procedures and documented project requirements.
• Supporting initiatives for the collection, analysis, implementation, and documentation of lessons learned within the program, project, or service.
• Ensuring the implementation of improvement actions that increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of the organization.
• Taking into account additional competencies and associated professional levels that may apply to this profile according to current job classification guidelines.

• Garantizar que todas las disciplinas de Calidad que apoyan el programa, proyecto o servicio estén organizadas, reciban la información necesaria y entreguen resultados completos y coherentes de acuerdo con los requisitos y la planificación establecida.
• Supervisar periódicamente la ejecución presupuestaria y elaborar estimaciones sobre la carga de trabajo y las necesidades presupuestarias pendientes, tanto de sus propias actividades como de las desarrolladas por los miembros de su equipo y otras organizaciones implicadas.
• Actuar como garante de la conformidad del producto y del cumplimiento de los requisitos y expectativas del cliente, asegurando que la retroalimentación recibida sea analizada para identificar acciones de mejora y mantener altos niveles de satisfacción.
• Promover una cultura centrada en el cliente, asegurando que este enfoque sea un principio fundamental en la actuación de todos los empleados.
• Revisar contratos y ofertas comerciales para identificar los requisitos de calidad aplicables, implementar cambios y asegurar su correcta difusión y cumplimiento.
• Certificar la conformidad del producto respecto a los requisitos contractuales y normativos, así como supervisar el estado de dicha conformidad y certificación.
• Ser responsable integral del proceso de certificación de conformidad de extremo a extremo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales y legales.
• Participar en la gestión de las autoridades competentes o asumir directamente dicha responsabilidad para obtener las aprobaciones necesarias.
• Gestionar de manera integral la relación con las autoridades, incluyendo inspecciones presenciales, aseguramiento de calidad en sitio y gestión de permisos de vuelo cuando corresponda.
• Elaborar y actualizar los planes de calidad, planes de control, planes de gestión de calidad, planes de aseguramiento del producto y planes de inspección específicos, garantizando su correcta implantación.
• Contribuir a la identificación y resolución de riesgos y oportunidades que puedan afectar negativa o positivamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad del programa, proyecto o servicio.
• Dar soporte a la metodología APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) u otras metodologías equivalentes de planificación de la calidad.
• Garantizar la aplicación de métodos y herramientas orientados a la prevención de anomalías y a la mejora del rendimiento del negocio.
• Participar en los análisis de riesgos, árboles de decisión y en la determinación de la relevancia y alcance de APQP para cada proyecto.
• Actuar de forma proactiva reforzando las actividades de prevención y vigilancia mediante la definición, seguimiento y evaluación de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), incluidos los costes de no calidad (CNQ).
• Apoyar activamente los procesos de diálogo sobre el desempeño del negocio, identificando y analizando incidencias, no conformidades y costes asociados a fallos o desviaciones.
• Gestionar las no conformidades de procesos (NCRs), desde su registro inicial hasta el análisis de causa raíz, implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas y su cierre definitivo.
• Gestionar las no conformidades de productos y servicios, incluyendo la investigación de causas, acciones correctivas, acciones preventivas y seguimiento hasta su resolución.
• Gestionar alertas y avisos de advertencia (Alerts y Warning Notices) cuando sean aplicables.
• Realizar o apoyar revisiones destinadas a evaluar el nivel de madurez de entregables, hitos y resultados del proyecto, incluyendo revisiones obligatorias y Maturity Gates.
• Garantizar que todas las revisiones se realicen de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y los requisitos documentados del proyecto.
• Apoyar iniciativas para la recopilación, análisis, implantación y documentación de lecciones aprendidas dentro del programa, proyecto o servicio.
• Asegurar la implementación de acciones de mejora que incrementen la eficacia, la eficiencia y el rendimiento global de la organización.
