As part of the store team, your mission will be to guarantee quality service in the butchery section:

●Provide excellent service by attending to customer demands.
●Perform and/or supervise the reception and control of goods arriving from trucks.
●Place orders for merchandise.
●Debone and cut the product, proceed with its preparation, tray packing, placement at the point of sale, and quality control throughout the entire process.
●Ensure price control based on current stock and expiration dates, labeling, signage, and section displays.
●Be a point of reference and lead the team, organize their schedules, assign tasks, supervise performance in execution, and participate in talent conversations.
●Attend to Health Inspectors, internal controllers, and suppliers who visit the store.
●Report and manage alerts from the quality department.
●Use and guarantee the maintenance and proper use of the tools at your disposal.
