The role
What you'll do
As part of the Supply Chain team, based in the store and reporting to the Order Coordinator and the Supply Chain Manager, your functions will be:
●Execute the collection and preparation of orders in picking carts with the greatest detail and precision to avoid product shortages and/or surpluses.
●Apply the established quality controls for each type of product (temperature, expiration date, presentation, etc.), ensuring its condition and preservation.
●Report product shortages or write-offs in store and/or back of store (if any).
●Report any incidents that occur during order preparation to the Order Coordinator.
●Resolve incidents by applying the established procedure (substitute, replenish, modify price, change product, etc.).
●Register every action, during order preparation and upon completion, in the terminal.
