The role

CRIT Martorell is recruiting for a retail sector company located in Masquefa an accounting administrative assistant to join the finance department. Their main mission will be to manage and execute the assigned accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy, currency, and reliability of financial data to support decision-making.

What you'll do

Verify and post supplier and creditor invoices.
Record investment and/or construction invoices.
Perform administrative support tasks: document filing, database management, etc.
Resolve issues within their area of responsibility.
Ensure the currency and reliability of accounting information.
Meet the deadlines established for assigned processes.
Ensure compliance with current regulations on data protection and occupational risk prevention.
Other tasks related to the position as required by the department.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance.

Training in accounting and experience working with SAP (essential or highly valued, as you prefer).

Knowledge of the PGC (General Accounting Plan).

Knowledge of current legal regulations applicable to accounting.

Own vehicle to access the workplace
