What will you do at Allianz?
As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role within the Data Analytics team, leading the development and operation of advanced artificial intelligence models focused on customer retention and portfolio optimization in the Motor and Home lines.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design, train, calibrate, and monitor churn predictive models, ensuring their accuracy, robustness, and continuous evolution.
• Develop advanced analytical solutions that allow for the identification of abandonment risks and portfolio optimization opportunities.
• Transform analytical results into actionable segmentations, prioritizations, and recommendations for business areas.
• Drive retention campaigns in collaboration with the P&C and Portfolio Management teams, maximizing the impact on results.
• Act as a liaison between business and analytics, facilitating the interpretation of models, insights, and conclusions.
• Validate business hypotheses and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Supervise the quality of the data and the pipelines that feed the analytical models.
• Analyze the performance of models and campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement, retraining, and continuous optimization.
• Contribute to the evolution of MLOps practices and the industrialization of models in cloud environments.

• Degree or Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in the end-to-end development of Machine Learning models.
• Experience in predictive modeling, classification, and churn models.
• Solid knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience in data processing and exploitation using SQL.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business challenges into high-impact analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business profiles.
• Analytical thinking, results orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Spark and Big Data environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and Machine Learning lifecycle management.
• Experience in the deployment and productionization of models in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector and retention, churn, or portfolio management metrics.
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary, business-oriented teams.

¿Qué vas a hacer en Allianz?
Como Data Scientist, desempeñarás un papel clave dentro del equipo de Data Analytics, liderando el desarrollo y la operación de modelos avanzados de inteligencia artificial orientados a la retención de clientes y la optimización de cartera en los ramos de Autos y Hogar.
Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Diseñar, entrenar, calibrar y monitorizar modelos predictivos de churn, garantizando su precisión, robustez y evolución continua.
• Desarrollar soluciones analíticas avanzadas que permitan identificar riesgos de abandono y oportunidades de optimización de cartera.
• Transformar resultados analíticos en segmentaciones, priorizaciones y recomendaciones accionables para las áreas de negocio.
• Impulsar campañas de retención en colaboración con los equipos de P&C y Gestión de Cartera, maximizando el impacto sobre los resultados.
• Actuar como enlace entre negocio y analítica, facilitando la interpretación de modelos, insights y conclusiones.
• Validar hipótesis de negocio y contribuir a una toma de decisiones basada en datos.
• Supervisar la calidad de los datos y los pipelines que alimentan los modelos analíticos.
• Analizar el rendimiento de modelos y campañas, identificando oportunidades de mejora, reentrenamiento y optimización continua.
• Contribuir a la evolución de prácticas de MLOps y a la industrialización de modelos en entornos cloud.

• Grado o Máster en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Data Science o disciplinas afines.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo end-to-end de modelos de Machine Learning.
• Experiencia en modelización predictiva, clasificación y modelos de churn.
• Conocimientos sólidos de programación en Python.
• Experiencia en procesamiento y explotación de datos mediante SQL.
• Experiencia en construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos.
• Capacidad para traducir retos de negocio en soluciones analíticas de alto impacto.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
• Pensamiento analítico, orientación a resultados y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
• Experiencia trabajando con Spark y entornos de Big Data.
• Conocimientos de MLOps, monitorización de modelos y gestión del ciclo de vida de Machine Learning.
• Experiencia en despliegue y productivización de modelos en entornos cloud, preferiblemente Microsoft Azure.
• Conocimiento del sector asegurador y de métricas de retención, churn o gestión de cartera.
• Experiencia colaborando en equipos multidisciplinares orientados al negocio.
