What you'll do

Join our Communication & Marketing team!

Throughout your internship, you will be at the heart of Alveo's communication, blending social media, content creation, internal communication, and event projects.

Your missions:

Community management : management and moderation of the company's social networks in compliance with the communication charter, monitoring comments, messages, and interactions with our communities. Maintaining an authentic link with our communities, encouraging exchanges, and managing our various social media accounts. Monitoring tags and conversations around our brands, and identifying new communities or local pages related to our agencies.
Editorial calendar: participating in the creation and planning of content for various channels (newsletters, articles, social media, webinars…)
Writing posts and adapting content to different formats and platforms
Participation in internal communication, notably in the creation and writing of our monthly newsletter
Creation of visual and graphic materials intended for internal and external communication (templates and thumbnails for social media, newsletters, posters…)
Occasional participation in video shoots and editing: subject preparation, assistance with scriptwriting, and assistance during shoots
Participation in occasional external and event communication projects, notably around trade fairs and events organized by the Group
Monitoring trends, competitors, and best practices in order to propose new formats, content, and ideas to develop our communication
