Requirements:

-Availability for immediate incorporation.
-Own vehicle to access the position.
-Experience in coordinating work teams.
-Knowledge of warehouse operations (loading, shipments, inventories, routes, etc.).
-Forklift license.
-Proficiency in office tools and ERP.
-Organizational capacity and process control.

We are looking for personnel to work as a warehouse coordinator.
You will be responsible for the daily operations and both internal and external logistics management, in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
This is a position with a schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. With an intensive workday in summer and a real possibility of becoming a permanent employee.

What is offered:
-Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. 38 hours/week.
-Intensive workday in summer (6 hours/day).
-Initial temporary contract with a real possibility of joining the permanent staff.
-Salary €13.65 gross per effective hour of work.

Warehouse operations management:
-Coordination and supervision of daily operations (incoming, outgoing, and material movements).
-Organization and control of internal and external logistics (loading, shipments, routes, and site supply).
-Inventory and stock control.
-Supervision of the order, cleanliness, and correct condition of the warehouse.

Team and process management:
-Coordination and supervision of the warehouse operator team.
-Monitoring of activity and reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
-Control of compliance with internal procedures.
-Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational risk prevention.
