Education in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields, whether a university degree or a Higher Education Certificate (FPII).

Minimum of one year of experience in a transport company, insurance company, or the shipping department of an organization.

Solid knowledge of 4PL operations and supply chain management, both at origin and destination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating technical skills to optimize processes.

Passion for customer service, with a clear focus on achieving team success.

Excellent communication and empathy skills, being able to build strong relationships with all kinds of people.

Ability to manage stress, remaining calm in high-pressure situations.

Openness to change, with a desire to drive initiatives that improve the customer experience.
