About the role

From Grupo Planeta, we are looking for an Administrative Technician for the Faculty for our University VIU, belonging to the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

What would your main duties be?

What you'll do

  • Academic Coordination:
    • Coordinate the logistical and internal organizational components of the degree program, especially internships and the final degree project (TFT).
    • Seek synergies to optimize schedules and teaching staff.

    • Ensure and oversee compliance with deadlines for grade submission and other academic processes.
    • Compile and update data on the faculty's teaching staff for the degree programs.

    • Prepare and keep up to date information about the degree program for cross-departmental units.

    • Review and continuously update the virtual campus classrooms (materials, calendars, teaching staff, course guides...).

    • Provide support for updating the website.
    • Any other activity aimed at the organization, management, and improvement of the degree program.
    • Provide necessary support in relation to the Faculty.
