Waiter/Waitress (M/F) DONOSTIA/SAN SEBASTIAN & IRUN

A major grill restaurant located in Donostia with another establishment in Irun is looking to hire waitstaff for both locations. We are seeking dynamic, responsible individuals with a positive attitude towards customers, who enjoy working in a team and in a quality restaurant environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service in the dining room, taking orders, serving tables, and providing general support for the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

Customer service and attention.

Taking orders and handling trays.

Preparing and maintaining the dining room.

Coordination with the kitchen and the rest of the team.

Ensuring a pleasant experience for the customer.

Previous experience in hospitality and waitstaff service.

Own vehicle is essential.

Availability to work split shifts.

Good attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

Languages will be valued:

English

French

Gross annual salary between EUR 27,000 and 30,000, depending on experience and profile.

EUR 27,000–30,000 per year

Full-time.

Schedule:

From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Rotating shifts.

Weekends off according to rotating schedule.

Immediate start.

La persona seleccionada se encargará de la atención al cliente en sala, toma de comandas, servicio de mesas y apoyo general al correcto funcionamiento del restaurante.

Requisitos

Atención y servicio al cliente.

Toma de comandas y manejo de bandeja.

Preparación y mantenimiento de la sala.

Coordinación con cocina y resto del equipo.

Garantizar una experiencia agradable para el cliente.

Experiencia previa en hostelería y servicio de sala.

Imprescindible vehículo propio.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos partidos.

Buena actitud, responsabilidad y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Salario bruto anual entre 27.000 € y 30.000 €, según experiencia y perfil.

Jornada completa.

Horario:

De 13:00 a 17:00 h

De 20:00 a 24:00 h

Turnos rotativos.

Fines de semana libres según calendario rotativo.
