Workshop Manager

From Ananda Gestión ETT, we are opening a selection process for a WORKSHOP MANAGER in Vila-real.

Plan and organize the daily work of the workshop. Assign tasks to technical staff according to their skills and workloads. Verify the correct diagnosis of faults in trucks and light vehicles. Ensure the proper use of tools and diagnostic equipment. Supervise repairs and maintenance to guarantee the quality of work. Carry out final inspections of repaired vehicles. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate functional tests to verify repairs. Coordinate the team of mechanics, electricians, and other technicians. Train staff in new techniques or maintenance procedures. Manage schedules, vacations, and work shifts, among other duties inherent to the position.

We offer: direct hiring by the company, Monday to Friday with a split shift, salary to be negotiated based on experience.

Requirements: extensive experience as a vehicle workshop manager. Profiles from both light and heavy vehicles will be considered.

Planificar y organizar el trabajo diario del taller. Asignar tareas al personal técnico según sus competencias y cargas de trabajo. Verificar el correcto diagnóstico de averías en camiones y vehículos ligeros. Asegurar el uso adecuado de herramientas y equipos de diagnóstico. Supervisar la reparación y el mantenimiento para garantizar la calidad del trabajo. Realizar inspecciones finales de los vehículos reparados. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad. Coordinar pruebas de funcionamiento para verificar la reparación. Coordinar al equipo de mecánicos, electricistas y otros técnicos. Formar al personal en técnicas nuevas o procedimientos de mantenimiento. Gestionar horarios, vacaciones y turnos de trabajo, entre otras funciones propias del puesto.

Se ofrece: contratación directa por empresa, horario de lunes a viernes jornada partida, salario a negociar según valía.

Requisitos: amplía experiencia como responsable de taller de vehículos. Se valorarán perfiles tanto de vehículos ligeros como pesados.
