The role

From Nortempo Selección, we are starting a process to hire a Site Manager (Mechanical and Electrical Specialty) in the province of Castellón, for an important project in the renewable energy sector.

The selected person will join the operations team and will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the mechanical and electrical execution of photovoltaic projects, ensuring quality, schedule compliance, regulations, and H&S.

What you'll do

Planning and coordination of on-site work.
Supervision of mechanical and electrical execution.
Management of in-house teams and subcontractors.
Quality control, incident management, and project monitoring.
Reporting and coordination with engineering and project management.

Requirements

-Technical education (electrical, mechanical, or similar).

-Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating on-site teams, preferably in photovoltaic or industrial projects.

-Knowledge of regulations, H&S, and blueprint reading.

-Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
