What we're looking for

TAFAD or TSAF qualification. We value candidates with INEF, CAFYD and/or a Master's degree in Sports Facility Management, or those currently pursuing the VivaGym Group Internal Expert program.
A Master's degree in Sports Facility Management will be valued.
Previous experience in team management and working towards objectives.
At least 1 year of experience in the fitness sector is essential.
Intermediate-advanced Office skills (Word and Excel).

The role

We are looking for a Manager in Castellón, with the ability to work as part of a team, leadership skills, management skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport, as well as being impeccable in details and capable of managing several workplaces autonomously and simultaneously.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess both knowledge and technical expertise about the company and the sector. They will be a central figure in the club's decision-making process, working with multiple people from different teams as needed, as well as managing and leading their own team.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the gym, ensuring the achievement of established objectives and goals.
Hire, train, evaluate and manage staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Manage the budget, control expenses and optimize business profitability.
Implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
Ensure compliance with safety, health and hygiene regulations, as well as applicable local and national laws and regulations for the sector.
Supervise the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
Resolve conflicts and handle customer inquiries or complaints, providing efficient and satisfactory solutions.
Monitor gym performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments to strategy and operations as needed.
