Warehouse and Raw Material Receiving Manager in Sant Cugat del Vallès

Areajob Spain ETT, a division of the Areajob Group focused on temporary work and talent management, is starting a recruitment process for a Warehouse Operator for an important company in the Sant Cugat del Vallès area.

• Receive products purchased or sent by the client.
• Verify that orders, delivery notes, certificates, and associated documentation match the received material.
• Supervise the unloading of materials in accordance with the criteria established by the company regarding risk prevention, environment, and quality.
• Place, identify, and store received material, ensuring its traceability and proper segregation.
• Deliver raw materials and/or necessary materials to Production according to manufacturing needs.
• Perform basic incoming material receiving inspections, including hardness and conductivity checks when applicable.
• Use inspection information at receiving to communicate incidents or potential non-conformities to Quality and Purchasing.
• Perform saw cutting operations according to production needs and applicable instructions.

·Previous experience in warehouse, material receiving, internal logistics, or equivalent operational role.

·Experience using forklift/pallet jack for safe material handling.

·Ability to record material entries and exits and maintain product identification.

·Experience in saw cutting of materials, forklift operation, and coordination with Production, Purchasing, and Quality.

Permanent contract directly with the company.

Split shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Expected start date: September

Salary: €28,000 gross per year.

• Recepcionar los productos comprados o enviados por el cliente.
• Verificar que los pedidos, albaranes, certificados y documentación asociada coincidan con el material recibido.
• Supervisar la descarga de materiales conforme a los criterios establecidos por la empresa en prevención de riesgos, medioambiente y calidad.
• Ubicar, identificar y almacenar el material recepcionado, asegurando su trazabilidad y correcta segregación.
• Entregar a Producción la materia prima y/o materiales necesarios según las necesidades de fabricación.
• Realizar controles básicos de recepción de materiales de entrada, incluyendo controles de dureza y conductividad cuando aplique.
• Utilizar la información de la inspección en recepción para comunicar incidencias o posibles no conformidades a Calidad y Compras.
• Realizar operaciones de corte por sierra según las necesidades de producción y las instrucciones aplicables..

·Experiencia previa en almacén, recepción de materiales, logística interna o puesto operativo equivalente.

·Experiencia en uso de carretilla/toro y traspaleta para manipulación segura de materiales.

·Capacidad para registrar entradas y salidas de material y mantener la identificación del producto

·Experiencia en corte de material por sierra, manipulación con carretilla y coordinación con Producción, Compras y Calidad.

Contrato estable directamente por empresa.

Horario partido de 8h a 17h.

Incorporación prevista para septiembre

Salario 28000€ brutos anuales.
