Mission
Under the supervision of the Senior QA Manager, apply Ferrer's internal standards and the reference standards of the Quality System, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for APIs, and 21 CFR Part 210 & 211 GxP within their assigned areas of responsibility and where they are applicable. Execute the Quality Assurance program at the relevant site according to the reference standards of the Quality System under current regulations, ensuring continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Ensure management within their area of responsibility in accordance with the principles of the established Quality System. Manage the documentation system, including verifying the adequate training status of personnel and their traceability within their area of application. Prepare and/or review GxP documentation for their area of application, including that related to Suppliers and Outsourced Services.
Establish, coordinate, and ensure the correct review of documentation for manufactured batches, deviations, and customer complaints within their area of application. Establish, coordinate, and ensure compliance with the qualification program for equipment, facilities, and services, as well as the validation of manufacturing processes, cleaning procedures, and validations of relevant GxP systems within their area of application.
Provide support and participate as needed in internal audits, external audits, and inspections by health authorities. Ensure that corrective actions derived from these are implemented effectively and within the established timeframe.
Participate in cross-functional projects assigned as a technical expert in their area/field of application, ensuring the application of Quality System standards.
Manage the investigation of quality system deviations within their area, including the management and verification of the effectiveness of CAPAs derived from such deviations, and coordinate change controls in their area of application.
Actively participate in training and the continuous improvement of the Quality System within their area of application.
Provide objective data periodically and participate in the preparation of reports related to quality indicators for their area of application.
