We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team at ARTIEM Carlos. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our kitchen area, ensuring that all utensils, dishes, and glassware are spotless and ready for use. Your dedication and attention to detail will directly contribute to the operational efficiency of our restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests.

• Wash all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils by hand and by machine.
• Ensure the proper cleaning and disinfection of all items, following the hygiene and food safety standards established by the company.
• Keep the washing area and the kitchen in general clean, tidy, and disinfected.
• Manage the stock of cleaning products and report any need for replenishment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team in preparing basic foods or in support tasks as needed and as the workload allows.
• Properly handle and store food and utensils.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the general cleaning of the kitchen at the end of service.
• Maintain a proactive and collaborative attitude with all team members.

• Demonstrable previous experience of at least 1 year as a Dishwasher or in a similar position in hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations (food handler).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive, responsible attitude with great attention to detail.
• Schedule flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of other languages will be valued, although it is not an essential requirement.

• Lavar a mano y a máquina toda la vajilla, cristalería, cubertería y utensilios de cocina.
• Asegurar la correcta limpieza y desinfección de todos los elementos, siguiendo los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria establecidos por la empresa.
• Mantener el área de lavado y la cocina en general limpia, ordenada y desinfectada.
• Gestionar el stock de productos de limpieza y comunicar cualquier necesidad de reposición.
• Colaborar con el equipo de cocina en la preparación de alimentos básicos o en tareas de apoyo según sea necesario y lo permita la carga de trabajo.
• Manipular y almacenar adecuadamente los alimentos y utensilios.
• Cumplir con todas las normativas de salud y seguridad laboral.
• Participar en la limpieza general de la cocina al final del servicio.
• Mantener una actitud proactiva y colaborativa con todos los miembros del equipo.

• Experiencia previa demostrable de al menos 1 año como Friegaplatos o en un puesto similar en entornos de hostelería.
• Conocimiento de las normativas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (manipulador de alimentos).
• Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente bajo presión y en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
• Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.
• Actitud positiva, responsable y con gran atención al detalle.
• Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
• Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas, aunque no es un requisito indispensable.
